Rules for sending frames and bubbles to KarboAI

1. What you send

From the 1st through the 20th of each month you may send a profile-frame file or a chat-bubble file. After the 20th, sending closes until the 1st of the next month, and every file sent that month appears in the in-app vote.

By ticking the box in the app you confirm that the files are yours, that you have read these rules, and that you agree to them.

2. License to use the files

From the moment you send a frame or a bubble, you grant KarboAI the right to use those files as set out in these rules. The right is a simple (non-exclusive) license, and you do not keep the right to license the files to anyone else.

You grant KarboAI the right to store, copy, modify, crop, convert, display, and otherwise use the files in the app, on karboai.com, in banners, the shop, and related materials. The license is perpetual, worldwide, and without payment.

You may not demand the files back, payment, or a credit inside the vote. Other people do not see your name or the vote counts.

3. If the work goes on a banner

If KarboAI adds your frame or bubble to a banner or another official drop, you receive that frame or bubble on your account. That is the reward. Sending a file does not unlock it for you and does not oblige KarboAI to publish it.

4. What you must not send

Files you do not own, or that copy someone else's art, trademark, or character without permission. Sexual, violent, hateful, and other content banned under the KarboAI rules and the EULA.

KarboAI may take a submission off the vote or decline to publish it, without telling you the vote counts.
